Data Expert

Your Role

  • You will define key metrics for our ranking, interview analytics, and payouts systems.
  • Design and run A/B tests to improve our product decisions.
  • Create source-of-truth dashboards and data models for self-service insights.
  • Instrument events and improve data quality and latency.
  • Prototype machine learning models to enhance matching and scoring.
  • Evaluate LLM-powered agents through rubrics and human-in-the-loop studies.

You Will Thrive Here If

  • You have strong fundamentals in statistics, SQL, and Python.
  • You can iterate fast, frame questions, test, and ship results in days.
  • You value clarity of communication as much as statistical significance.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in data science or analytics.
  • Strong SQL skills, Python for analysis, and experiment design.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas to engineers, PMs, and leadership.
