Lead Patient Analytics Expert

This high-level professional will spearhead patient analytics projects from conception to delivery, collaborating closely with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project scopes, ensure effective planning, and drive seamless project execution.
  • Delve into claims data to provide actionable insights on patient journeys, adherence trends, and segmentation.
  • Oversee the creation of tailored visual tools to inform client decision-making.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Empower team members through mentorship and guidance, fostering a culture of continuous growth and development.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative or business-related field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science).
  • Possess at least 6 years of experience in US Pharma consulting, with a focus on patient analytics and claims data.
  • Be highly proficient in Tableau for creating informative dashboards and visualizations.
  • Demonstrate expertise in leading teams and managing client engagements.
  • Excel in problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Advantageous: Experience with Dataiku for advanced analytics applications.
