As an analytics professional, you will have the opportunity to work with real-world healthcare data to deliver actionable insights that drive business growth and patient outcomes.

About the Role:

  • You will support pharmaceutical companies, healthcare providers, and governments by leveraging advanced data analytics, predictive modeling, and real-world data (RWD) to inform product and marketing strategies.
  • Your key responsibilities will include conducting market sizing, cohort analysis, risk stratification, and KPI modeling to deliver strategic recommendations.
  • You will build and optimize automated data pipelines to improve reporting efficiency and deliver faster insights.
  • You will develop and present interactive dashboards, visualizations, and executive presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • You will partner with cross-functional teams to translate analytical insights into scalable solutions.
  • You will collaborate with regional analytics teams to share best practices in predictive modeling, machine learning, and advanced SQL querying.
  • You will mentor junior team members and promote analytical excellence and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in commercial Patient Analytics, commercial data analytics, data science, or advanced manipulation and interpretation of real-world healthcare datasets.
  • Proven expertise in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
  • A strong background in healthcare analytics using datasets from reputable sources.
  • Experience with predictive modeling, machine learning, risk stratification, and product uptake forecasting.
  • A degree in a quantitative discipline such as Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Health Economics.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to translate complex analytics into actionable business recommendations.
