Job Title: Clinical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Support Specialist to provide empathetic support to patients and their families, ensuring a seamless experience from initial consultation to post-treatment care.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will counsel patients regarding treatment procedures, packages, and post-treatment care in a clear and compassionate manner. They will also handle patient inquiries, convert them into registrations/bookings through effective communication and persuasion, and maintain follow-ups with patients to ensure timely decision-making and admissions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Counsel patients regarding treatment options, packages, and post-treatment care.

  • Achieve counselling and conversion targets while maintaining patient records and feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field (Healthcare/Management preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or patient counselling (healthcare/hospital background preferred).
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven with a positive and empathetic attitude.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management software (preferred).
