Seeking a seasoned clinical operations leader to oversee our medical monitoring and pharmacovigilance initiatives.

Clinical Phase Responsibilities
  • The ideal candidate will provide expert guidance on study protocols, ensuring adherence to GCP regulations and standards.
  • They will review and analyze adverse events, assessing their severity and determining appropriate actions to mitigate risks.
  • Drafting medical monitoring plans (MMP) is a critical responsibility, requiring strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Regularly reviewing and interpreting clinical data, as well as drafting monthly reports for clients, is essential for this role.

Post-Marketing (Pharmacovigilance)

  • The successful candidate will support the maintenance of our medical platform, including SOPs, manuals, and documents.
  • Leading and supporting medical reviewers, interacting with clients' medical teams and clinical teams, is crucial for seamless collaboration.
  • Acting as a main point of contact for client concerns and escalations, providing timely and effective resolutions is key.
  • Providing medical reviews of ICSRs, including spontaneous and literature reports, requires attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Ambitious individuals holding an MBBS or MD degree in medicine are encouraged to apply.
  • At least 10 years of experience working in the pharmaceutical industry or service providers is required.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a medical monitor or in clinical phase roles is essential.
