Accounts Receivable Specialist Job Description

This is a specialist position that focuses on managing and recovering outstanding payments from customers.

Job Responsibilities:
  • We are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent analytical and communication skills to join our team as an Accounts Receivable Specialist.
  • The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of billing and invoicing processes, as well as conversance in various online tools and systems.
  • Key responsibilities include assisting with day-to-day calls/queries relating to billing processes, providing day-to-day reporting of activities and progress reports to seniors.
  • Other key responsibilities include resolving inquiries/queries related to billing, adhering to policy guidelines for billing, following up with field location teams for necessary supporting documents required for billing.
Required Skills:
  • Analytical and Communication Skills: The ideal candidate should possess good analytical and communication skills to effectively resolve customer concerns and negotiate payment plans.
  • High Energy and Self-Motivation: A high energy level and self-motivation are essential qualities for this role, as the candidate will be working under time pressure in a dynamic business environment.
  • Oral and Written Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills in English are required to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Capability to Work Under Pressure: The ability to work under time pressure and maintain a high level of productivity is critical in this role.

The selected candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring timely payment collection and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
