Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Lead to spearhead the development of our stablecoin payments initiative. This is a pivotal role that requires strong technical leadership and expertise in backend engineering.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and building scalable, secure, and reliable systems that power payments and settlements across multiple geographies. They will also lead technical discussions, define architecture, and mentor a small team of engineers to ensure the project's success.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of web and mobile applications
  • Design and scale backend systems for payments and settlements
  • Build robust infrastructures on top of fragmented provider APIs
  • Lead technical discussions and own architecture for integrations and scaling
  • Mentor and manage a small engineering team
  • Ensure security, scalability, and regulatory readiness in architecture
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 6+ years of experience in backend engineering
  • Strong skills in TypeScript/Node.js and API design
  • A background in fintech or payments is highly desirable
  • Experience building integrations with external APIs/partners across geographies
  • A track record of leading small teams and scaling early-stage systems
