We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as Manager.

This is an exciting Team Lead role where you will be instrumental in advancing our mission by empowering merchants to provide a seamless and frictionless payment experience to their customers.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing and supervising reconciliation and settlements related activities to ensure an effective operating model is maintained.
  • Processing all payments and transactions within pre-set standardized turnaround times and ensuring SLA compliance.
  • Working cross-functionally to identify opportunities for process improvement, technical innovation, and human interfaces, and developing and implementing plans to capitalize on those opportunities.
  • Ensuring operational risk is effectively managed and addressed in all aspects of the payments and settlement function.
  • Leading projects related to payments and reconciliation, ensuring timely completion, achievement of objectives, and cost efficiency.

In order to succeed in this role, you will need to have relevant work experience preferably from International Payment Gateways, Fintech, Acquiring settlement and Banks in merchant's settlement and reconciliation. You should also have minimum 5 years of banking experience and proven leadership skills with predominant experience of merchant's settlement and reconciliation of payment Gateway transactions, refunds, cash management and nostro reconciliation.

Preferred qualifications include a graduation from a recognized University, preferably from the accounting background (B.COM). Additionally, we value individuals who demonstrate the following qualities:
