Job Opportunity: Civil Engineering Project Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineering Project Lead to oversee and execute large-scale projects from initiation to completion.

This key role involves managing cross-functional teams, ensuring timely project delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Lead and manage on-site civil engineering projects: Supervise site engineers, labor teams, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project timelines, drawings, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams: Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and project teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Prepare progress reports and quality checks: Monitor and report project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Travel for project-related activities: Visit project sites across India to supervise and monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering: A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required for this position.
  • 5+ years of experience in civil project execution: Candidates with extensive experience in civil project execution and management will be preferred.
  • Strong team management and leadership skills: The ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams is essential for this role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to analyze complex problems and implement effective solutions.
  • Proficient in project planning tools: Proficiency in project planning tools, such as Excel and MS Office, is necessary for this position.
