Job Title: Senior Business Operations Supervisor

Role Description:

  • Deliver and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with business targets.
  • Prioritize work based on business priorities and develop in-depth understanding of process technicalities.
  • Drive process improvements within the team to enhance efficiency, client experience, and risk controls.
  • Regularly review process risks and ensure adequate controls are in place.
  • Meet with stakeholders to discuss process-related challenges and opportunities.
  • Work with relevant stakeholders to resolve escalations effectively.
  • Lead projects and tasks end-to-end in coordination with onshore stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Forecasting and planning resource requirements.
  • Manage resources efficiently through business cycles.
  • Ensure contingency planning for critical resources.

People Management and Development:

  • Set appropriate goals and expectations for the team and conduct regular progress reviews.
  • Work closely with individuals to groom them to their full potential.
  • Assess and develop competency levels to ensure team members have the expertise needed to add value to the business.
  • Proactively identify performance issues, create action plans, and coach team members to improve performance.
  • Conduct one-on-one and team meetings in line with operational engagement frameworks.
  • Manage attrition and absenteeism within the team.
