Sales Assistant Manager

As a seasoned sales professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives. Your expertise in strategic planning, team leadership, and client relationship management will be essential to the success of this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet business targets and objectives.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team performance goals.
  • Monitor and analyze daily sales performance to ensure adherence to KPIs and company policies.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to expanding the company's client base.
  • Provide regular training and performance reviews for the sales team.
  • Prepare and present reports, analyze market trends, and share insights with management for informed decision-making.
  • Support in resolving escalated client queries and ensuring smooth operations.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in sales, including at least 3-8 years in a supervisory or team-handling role.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets within deadlines, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly.
