We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to manage data processes for our projects. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as we drive innovation and growth.
- Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and implementing data migration from external tools to ServiceNow.
- Data Analysis:
- Analyze functional aspects of data and work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on mappings.
- Migrate large datasets into the correct format within ServiceNow.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in order management and data analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to adapt communication style to suit audience.
- Skills:
- ServiceNow platform.
- Data migration tools and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
