About Our Business Valuation Role

We are seeking an experienced business valuation expert to join our growing practice for US and UK clients.

This is a dynamic opportunity to contribute to the success of our clients by performing and managing business valuation engagements.

Your key responsibilities will include communicating effectively with clients, developing in-depth subject matter knowledge in valuations related to:

  • Business Combinations / Purchase Price Allocation
  • Goodwill Impairments
  • Gift and Estate Valuation
  • 409A/Stock Compensation (ASC 718)
  • Reviewing of 3rd party valuations
  • Assembling market/guideline/comparable financial and valuation data
  • Valuation of Equity, Debt, Derivatives etc.
  • Litigation arising out of Shareholder disputes etc.
  • Financial Modelling
  • Understanding of US Tax laws will be preferred.
  • Financial Reporting and Regulatory compliance under IFRS and/or US GAAP
