We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Associate, you will play a critical role in the valuation of businesses and assets across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of financial valuation principles and methodologies.
  • Experience with traditional valuation methods, including DCF, guideline public company method, and transaction method.
  • Proficiency in using financial databases and tools, such as Capital IQ and Bloomberg.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Advanced technical skills in Excel, particularly with financial modeling.
  • Travel may be required based on business needs.
