Investment Banking Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Coverage Associate to join our Corporate Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Sector Coverage Team in preparing Pitch Books, conducting industry research and analysis, financial analysis, valuation, and more.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in Investment Banking, specifically in the Industrials sector. An MBA from a Premier Institute or CA is also required. Additionally, strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.

In this fast-paced environment, you will work closely with the Execution team to analyze and prepare Information Memoranda, valuations, and financial models. Your ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently will be crucial in this role.

We require a detail-oriented individual who can create and maintain relevant databases on a regular basis. Proficiency in financial modeling, valuations, and Excel is necessary. If you are a motivated and results-driven professional, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SUPPORT THE SECTOR COVERAGE TEAM IN PREPARING PITCH BOOKS, CONDUCTING INDUSTRY RESEARCH AND ANALYSIS
  • ANALYZE AND PREPARE INFORMATION MEMORANDA, VALUATIONS & FINANCIAL MODELS REQUIRED FOR DEALS
  • ASSIST IN DOCUMENTATION, CONDUCTING DUE DILIGENCE, PRESENTATIONS ETC.
  • GATHER DATA FROM CLIENTS AND RESPOND TO QUERIES IN A TIMELY MANNER
  • CREATE AND MAINTAIN RELEVANT DATABASE ON COMPANIES IN RESPECTIVE SECTORS

Requirements:

  • 1-3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN INVESTMENT BANKING IN THE INDUSTRIALS SECTOR
  • MBA FROM PREMIER INSTITUTE OR CA
  • PROFICIENCY IN FINANCIAL MODELING, VALUATIONS, AND EXCEL
  • ABILITY TO WORK IN A FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT AND MEET DEADLINES
