About the Role

This Growth Associate (Pre-Sales + Marketing) role involves driving demand generation and pre-sales efforts across buyer and seller segments, fostering strategic partnerships and business growth.

The ideal candidate thrives in high-ownership environments and excels at experimenting for measurable growth outcomes, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decisions.

Key ResponsibilitiesTop-of-Funnel (Marketing)
  • Manage content & outreach strategies for founders and brand representation.
  • Develop SEO-focused content using AI tools and freelancers, optimizing online visibility.
  • Plan and execute webinars, events, and referral programs to engage target audiences.
  • Create lead-generating tools, campaigns, and lead magnets to drive traffic.
Mid-Funnel (Lead Capture & Nurture)
  • Optimize website CTAs, forms, and landing pages to improve user experience.
  • Enhance lead quality through automation and enrichment, ensuring relevant opportunities.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and nurture sequences via WhatsApp/email to build meaningful connections.
Bottom-of-Funnel (Outbound + Pre-Sales)
  • Execute outbound campaigns via WhatsApp, email, and calls to engage high-intent leads.
  • Qualify and pass qualified leads to sales teams, providing context for successful conversions.
  • Support seller onboarding and sales enablement with marketing materials and decks.
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, pre-sales, or growth roles.
  • Strong written communication and outreach copywriting skills.
  • Proficiency in Canva/Figma, spreadsheets, and automation tools.
  • Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, and Notion AI.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn about industrial buyer/seller workflows.
