Automation Engineer - Process Automation Expert

We are seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to join our team as a Process Automation Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions for various industrial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop automation solutions using PLC programming, PID control, and communication protocols.
  • Develop SCADA/HMI systems for real-time monitoring and control of industrial processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions into existing infrastructure.
  • Perform site commissioning, panel wiring, and termination tasks.
  • Manage teams/technicians and coordinate vendor procurement and delivery of automation projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in automation engineering, preferably in process industries.
  • Expertise in PLC programming, PID control, and communication protocols (Modbus, CC-Link, RS-232, Ethernet TCP/IP, Wireless, IoT).
  • Familiarity with safety systems (SIL, interlocks) and instrument control earthing.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
