Our organization is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Certified Engineer to develop, configure, and customize the platform to meet business requirements. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and configuring the ServiceNow platform to support business process automation and enhancement in ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM.
  • Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code to support implementation.
  • Expertise in Discovery, MID Server, and CMDB ensuring accuracy, health, and integration with discovery tools.
  • Supporting integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
  • Providing technical expertise in incident, problem, change, request, asset, and operations management within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
  • Monitoring platform performance, troubleshooting issues, and recommending improvements for scalability and efficiency.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required
  • Minimum one CIS in any of scope i.e. ITSM, ITOM or ITAM
  • 3–6+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow modules.
  • Strong knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and integrations.
  • Experience with scripting and workflow automation within ServiceNow.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
