Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Architect to join our team. As an Automation Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automation frameworks, tools, and processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement automation frameworks, tools, and processes
  • Contribute to the design architecture of automation projects
  • Promote QA productivity through automation tools and other best practices
  • Assist in ongoing process improvement efforts to ensure test planning execution and reporting is effective and efficient
  • Assess the problem statement and arrive at innovative solutions
  • Lead the definition implementation and maintenance of standard test automation processes methodologies tools and templates
  • Work with teams on the automation strategy and tool kit selection
  • Verify coding standards are being met
  • Mentor junior and senior software quality engineers

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 17-20 years of experience in Test Automation hands-on with different automation tools Selenium UFT Web Services Soap UI API testing
  • Strong handson Core Java
  • Very strong analytical skills and ability to see the test automation architecture as a whole system and not as individual components
  • Ability to drive results from its contents for future usage
  • Experience in BDD Tools like JBehave or Cucumber
  • Experience in CI Tools like Jenkins
  • Experience in Database testing
  • Experience in Built tools like Gradle or Maven etc
  • Excellent in Oral written communication Documentation Skills
  • Experience in working with Geographically Dispersed Teams
  • Customer Facing Experience is a must

Added Advantages:

  • Airlines ecommerce Automation testing experience is a plus
  • Experience in transitioning automation activities from other teams vendor will definitely be a big plus
