We are seeking a Payments Domain Expert to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 2/3 application and production support for digital payment systems, including UPI and retail banking platforms, ensuring compliance with ITIL practices.
  • Monitor application health, system alerts, and perform incident management to minimize downtime.
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and drive long-term solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Document support procedures, run books, and incident reports to maintain operational knowledge and continuity.
  • Ensure smooth deployment activities, release validations, and post-production verification across various platforms.
  • Act as an SME for payment systems, supporting audits and compliance-related activities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 8-11 years of experience in application support, production support, or IT operations.
  • Hands-on experience supporting UPI platforms, retail banking applications, and payment gateways.
  • Strong understanding of banking protocols and digital payment workflows, including proficiency in SQL, Unix/Linux commands, log analysis, and scripting.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills with a strong sense of urgency and communication skills to coordinate across cross-functional teams.
