Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Investment Banking Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for working with clients to improve processes and controls that build capacity and scale. Your primary objective will be to monitor and capture data from various global functional teams across our clients.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the process area and apply it to operational scenarios to provide effective solutions. They must be able to identify discrepancies and propose optimal solutions by using a logical, systematic, and sequential methodology.

">Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduation (Bcom, BBA, BBM, BCA) / Post Graduation (Mcom, MBA, PGDM)
  • 2 to 5.5 years of experience in handling team of minimum 10 members and has good experience and knowledge of Investment Banking Operations.
  • Conceptualize, design and deliver high-quality solutions and insightful analysis on a variety of projects ranging in both complexity and scope
  • Knowledge of / prior experience with offshoring processes and methodologies highly preferred
