Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to manage end-to-end customer interactions, including understanding customer needs and profiles, conducting in-depth tours of assigned residential properties, explaining investment rationales, and following up until sales materialize.

The ideal candidate will also be responsible for generating leads from assigned Priority Channel Partner relationships and other sources, tracking and monitoring competition and market trends, sharing knowledge with the team, and meeting and exceeding daily and monthly targets.

Additionally, the successful candidate will ensure timely updates on our system and submit reports as required by their reporting manager.

Requirements

We are looking for an individual with strong communication skills and a pleasing personality, prior experience in sales/business development/voice process or hospitality/aviation, and high levels of passion and ownership.

Candidates from Bangalore are preferred, but not necessary.
