Key Responsibilities
• Provide strategic support to our sales and marketing teams to achieve business targets and growth objectives
• Develop and execute plans to enhance sales performance, improve customer engagement, and drive business growth
• Collaborate with our channel partners to identify opportunities, develop business plans, and implement strategies to achieve shared goals

• Work closely with our internal teams to ensure effective communication, coordination, and execution of business plans

Requirements
• Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in the insurance industry
• Strong understanding of insurance products, sales processes, and market trends
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, build strong relationships, and drive results-oriented outcomes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
