Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly motivated Relationship Development Specialist to join our team at Fincity. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end customer interactions, including understanding customer needs and profiles, conducting in-depth tours of assigned residential properties, and explaining investment rationale.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Continually meet and exceed daily/monthly targets with respect to lead sourcing, call volume, and sales
  • Ensure timely updates on the system and submit reports as required by the reporting manager

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills and a pleasing personality
  • Prior experience in sales/business development/voice process or hospitality/aviation
  • High levels of passion and ownership
