
Customer Relationship Management Specialist

Hiring a seasoned Customer Relationship Management Specialist with 5 to 8 years of experience for a leading real estate company. The ideal candidate will be a graduate with similar experience handling a seamless end-to-end customer journey for all residential project clients, from booking to possession, with the goal of upholding company brand image by consistently meeting all customer requirements in accordance with SLAs, and enhancing customer delight.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure accurate and complete booking process details, including KYC documents and other relevant documents.
- Issue receipts for booking payments and prepare intimation letters accordingly.
- Prepare sales agreement checklists and forward them to the finance team for verification and final approval.
- Complete the sales agreement process with customers.
- Manage the collection process.
- Provide essential builder documents to banks upon customer home loan applications.
- Execute pre-EMI refund processes and initiate booking refund processes in case of customer cancellations.
- Draft sales deeds, complete K2 challan formalities, and oversee registration processes in accordance with local bye-laws.
- Ensure smooth handover processes once final dues are settled and registration of sales deeds is initiated.
- Maintain prompt documentation and record-keeping of customer interactions and contract-related correspondence in compliance with company service level agreements.
Requirements: 5 to 8 years of experience in CRM, residential real estate, or a related field. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
