We are seeking a seasoned professional to serve as our Deputy Director. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Engineering, Management, Education, Human Resources, or a related field. A Ph.D. is preferred. Additionally, the successful applicant will have at least 10 years of progressive experience in career services, placements, or corporate relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Director in strategic planning for placements and industry engagement.
  • Build strong employer networks and partnerships across various domains.
  • Enhance student career readiness through training and internships.
  • Oversee placement drives, internships, and corporate engagement programs.
  • Ensure accurate data reporting of placement outcomes.

The Deputy Director will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships between the university and industry partners. Requirements and Qualifications
