Job Description

You will be responsible for organizing regular class tests, creating question papers, and coordinating both offline and online examination processes.

This includes:

  • Maintaining detailed records of all exams conducted
  • Ensuring timely evaluation and result publication
  • Conducting post-exam discussions, including answer key reviews with students
  • Monitoring academic progress through structured assessments
  • Coordinating with evaluators to maintain result accuracy and punctuality

Achieving timely and well-documented testing cycles are crucial to the student's academic preparedness and confidence.

Student Support and Mentorship

Your role extends beyond teaching. You are expected to provide personal and academic mentorship to each student by:

  • Encouraging and motivating students through regular communication channels like WhatsApp and Telegram
  • Addressing doubts, academic concerns, and motivational blocks
  • Updating students on exam results and guiding them in areas of improvement
  • Conducting individual and group mentoring sessions to monitor academic and emotional well-being
  • Creating a culture of trust and accountability in every batch you mentor

The focus is not just subject clarity but nurturing confident and goal-oriented learners.

Lecture Delivery and Academic Assistance

You will be expected to provide academic coverage through remedial classes and topic reinforcement sessions, specifically for students who:

  • Missed live lectures
  • Require additional support in understanding certain topics
  • Are preparing for repeat attempts in exams

Flexibility and content mastery are key here, along with the ability to simplify complex commerce concepts.

Parent and Student Coordination

You'll act as a liaison between students, parents, and academic leadership by:

  • Conducting regular parent meetings to share academic updates and discuss performance reports
  • Organizing student feedback sessions and one-on-one follow-ups to understand challenges
  • Ensuring transparency in student progress and building strong parent-student institute alignment
  • Collaborating with the admin and support team for escalations or special cases

This aspect of your role ensures community engagement and institutional trust.
