Job Description

As a dedicated and passionate academic professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality educational experiences to our students. Your role will involve coordinating the planning and execution of regular class tests, creating question papers, and managing both offline and online examination processes.

This includes maintaining accurate records of all exams conducted, ensuring timely evaluation and result publication, conducting post-exam discussions, including answer key reviews with students, monitoring academic progress through structured assessments, and coordinating with evaluators to maintain result accuracy and punctuality.

A well-planned testing cycle is crucial to student academic preparedness and confidence. You will also provide personal and academic mentorship to each student by encouraging and motivating them through regular communication channels, addressing doubts and academic concerns, updating students on exam results, and guiding them in areas of improvement.

In addition, you will be expected to deliver lectures and provide academic assistance to students who have missed live lectures or require additional support in understanding certain topics. Flexibility and content mastery are key here, along with the ability to simplify complex commerce concepts.

You will also act as a liaison between students, parents, and academic leadership by conducting regular parent meetings to share academic updates and discuss performance reports, organizing student feedback sessions and one-on-one follow-ups to understand challenges, ensuring transparency in student progress, and building strong parent-student-institute alignment.

Finally, you will work closely with faculties and the content team to assist in the preparation and distribution of study materials, engage in classroom discussions, help develop student-friendly academic tools, and co-conduct academic discussions to reinforce concepts in live or recorded sessions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Passion for student success and commerce education
  • Strong command over CA, ACCA, and/or CMA curriculum
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English
  • High empathy, patience, and motivational skills
  • Familiarity with EdTech platforms and digital classroom tools
  • Confidence in managing academic reporting and exam processes
