Key ResponsibilitiesTest and Exam CoordinationYou will be responsible for organizing regular class tests, creating question papers, andcoordinating both offline and online examination processes. This includes:

• Monitoring academic progress through structured assessments
• Coordinating with evaluators to maintain result accuracy and punctualityTimely and well-documented testing cycles are crucial to the student's academicpreparedness and confidence.Student Support and MentorshipYour role extends beyond teaching. You are expected to provide personal and academicmentorship to each student by:
• Encouraging and motivating students through regular communication channelslike WhatsApp and Telegram
• Addressing doubts, academic concerns, and motivational blocks
• Updating students on exam results and guiding them in areas of improvement
• Conducting individual and group mentoring sessions to monitor academic andemotional well-being
• Creating a culture of trust and accountability in every batch you mentorThe focus is not just subject clarity but nurturing confident and goal-oriented learners.Lecture Delivery and Academic AssistanceYou will be expected to provide academic coverage through remedial classes and topicreinforcement sessions, specifically for students who:
• Missed live lectures

• Are preparing for repeat attempts in examsFlexibility and content mastery are key here, along with the ability to simplify complexcommerce concepts.Parent and Student CoordinationYou'll act as a liaison between students, parents, and academic leadership by:

• Ensuring transparency in student progress and building strong parent-studentinstitute alignment
• Collaborating with the admin and support team for escalations or special casesThis aspect of your role ensures community engagement and institutional trust.Material Preparation and CollaborationYou will work closely with faculties and the content team to:
• Assist in preparation and distribution of study materials

• Strong command over CA, ACCA, and/or CMA curriculum
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English and Malayalam
