Drive Business Growth & Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences

We're seeking a Sales and Customer Support professional who can drive business growth while ensuring our customers feel supported at every step. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and converting new sales opportunities, building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, and providing timely support to resolve customer issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and convert new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular communication and issue resolution.
  • Handle inbound & outbound calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide timely support and resolve customer issues in a prompt and efficient manner.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and prepare sales reports to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer support (freshers with the right attitude are welcome).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Target-driven, proactive, and customer-first mindset to drive business growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus, but not essential.
