Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Business Systems Specialist, responsible for leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central expertise to drive software development projects and manage individual tasks related to application design, development, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as primary developer for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central applications, contributing to software development projects and managing individual tasks related to application design, development, and maintenance.
  • Utilize AL language for customization and extension development, applying functional knowledge to understand business processes in the finance module of Business Central.
  • Apply this knowledge to assist in the design and implementation of business solutions tailored to meet unique business needs.
  • Develop and implement new functionalities in the Business Central Finance Module, ensuring they align with business requirements.
  • Design and develop integrations with other systems and platforms, conduct unit testing, debugging, and documentation for developed features and integrations, and collaborate with QA teams to facilitate effective testing processes.
  • Closely collaborate with project teams, including analysts, project managers, and other developers, and be comfortable working in agile environments.
  • Regularly communicate with non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical information into understandable terms.
  • Provide technical support to users, troubleshoot software issues, and resolve problems in a timely manner, and develop and deliver training to end-users and other team members as required.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Microsoft Business Centre applications.
  • Configure and customize Microsoft Business Centre applications to meet specific business needs.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients and team members.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients and team members on how to use Microsoft Business Centre applications effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of Microsoft Business Centre solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft Business Centre applications.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
