Job Title: Systems Analyst - Business Requirements Expert

We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to join our team as a Business Requirements Expert. As a key member of our ERP implementation project, you will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements for web and mobile application modules.

Your expertise in creating complex business requirement documents at a high US English level without AI assistance is essential. You will work closely with our AI specialists to ensure seamless integration of AI features into our ERP system.

This role requires a strong understanding of AI technologies and experience with large language model (LLM) prompt creation. Your ability to design screen layouts and create testing plans for ERP applications is also crucial.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to possess excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience working with international teams, particularly those based in the United States, is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document business requirements for ERP web and mobile app modules, including AI integration.
  • Conduct gap analysis to align business needs with technical capabilities.
  • Define and document requirements for AI-driven functionalities within ERP modules.
  • Leverage knowledge of LLMs to create and optimize prompts for AI-driven functionalities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role focusing on ERP systems.
  • Demonstrated expertise in creating screen layouts and testing plans for ERP applications.
  • Foundational understanding of AI technologies and their applications in ERP systems.
  • Experience with large language model (LLM) prompt creation and optimization is a significant advantage.
