Customer Service Expert

The Customer Service Specialist II is a vital part of Syniverse's customer support team, serving as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with Syniverse products and services. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment to provide timely and effective support to customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze customer issues and questions, identifying the root cause of problems and developing effective solutions to resolve them in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product support, to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer concerns.
• Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions to customers.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Syniverse products and services, staying up-to-date on new features and enhancements to provide expert support to customers.
• Work collaboratively with management to identify trends in customer issues and develop strategies to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in communication or business preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a technical support role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Ability to work in a multiple shift environment, covering 24 x 7 x 365.
