About This Role

To deliver exceptional customer support and service excellence across multiple contact channels, you will be the face of Ivy Comptech's customer experience. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing award-winning service, resolving customer inquiries, and escalating complex issues to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive and reactive customer support through various communication channels, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve complex issues.
  • Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets, ensuring a high level of quality and service excellence.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and company initiatives to continuously improve customer support and service delivery.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven customer service experience, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
