Solution Leadership & Project Execution

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead and manage SAP FICO aspects of complex S/4HANA implementation, rollout, and upgrade projects from end-to-end.

A minimum of two end-to-end S/4HANA implementation/rollout experiences are mandatory. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for configuring and customizing the SAP FICO module to meet diverse business requirements.

FICO Module Configuration Highlights:

  • Configure Master Data (e.g., G/L accounts, Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Vendors, Customers, Assets)
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Accounts Payable
  • Asset Accounting & Asset Under Capitalization
  • General Ledger Accounting & Reporting
  • Product Costing
  • COPA (Controlling Profitability Analysis)

Integration Expertise Required:

  • Possess strong integration knowledge with other SAP modules, particularly Production Planning (PP), Materials Management (MM), Quality Management (QM), and Sales & Distribution (SD).
  • Manage and facilitate integration with third-party applications and possess knowledge of banking interfaces.

RICEFW Management Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and provide functional specifications for RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).

Documentation & Training Deliverables:

  • Create comprehensive documentation on SAP FICO business processes.
  • Develop and execute FICO configuration, functional documentation, testing plans, system documentation, and training materials.

Testing & Quality Assurance Key Roles:

  • Lead and support testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements and are defect-free.

Effective Communication Skills Essential:

  • Utilize excellent communication skills to interact effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project sponsors.
