Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement SAP FICO modules, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.">
  • Leverage in-depth understanding of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud to drive successful deployments.">
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to analyze current processes, identify gaps, and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and performance within the SAP FICO module.">
  • Perform detailed configuration of SAP FICO modules to align with business requirements.">
  • Work collaboratively with other SAP module consultants to ensure seamless integration between FICO and other modules.">
  • Prepare comprehensive documentation including functional specifications, configuration guides, and training materials.">
  • Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure effective use of the SAP FICO system post-implementation.">
  • Lead project teams in an agile environment, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones and adherence to project goals.">
  • Evaluate the SAP FICO solution to ensure it meets all compliance requirements and supports accurate financial reporting.">
  • Serve as a liaison between the business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project objectives.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10-12 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO module implementation and support.">
  • At least one full life cycle implementation experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud is mandatory.">
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO configuration, SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud functionalities, and integration points with other SAP modules.">
  • Strong project management skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams.">
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.">
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.">
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. SAP certification in FICO and/or S/4HANA is highly desirable.">
