As a seasoned finance professional, we are seeking an accomplished SAP FICO and project management expert to lead our greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementations. This role requires a strong background in SAP FICO, with expertise in core modules such as GL, AP, AR, AA, CO and robust integration experience with SD and MM.

Our ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of critical business processes such as Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Record-to-Report (R2R). They should be skilled in configuration, master data management, and interface handling (EDI/IDOC), along with a solid grasp of financial reporting, system enhancements, and regulatory compliance.

This is a unique opportunity for a senior professional to deliver comprehensive functional specifications, lead user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure smooth go-lives. As a FICO Solution Architect, they will oversee SAP technical modules including ABAP, BASIS, and PI/PO, ensuring cohesive end-to-end project delivery aligned with strategic finance objectives.

Key Responsibilities/Areas
  • SAP Project Management: Proven leadership in managing SAP projects across modules using methodologies like SAP Activate. Adept at aligning SAP initiatives with business objectives, managing risks and budgets, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring transparent stakeholder communication.
  • Business Process Expertise: Skilled in analyzing and translating complex business requirements into effective SAP FICO solutions. Experienced in key business cycles such as Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Record-to-Report (R2R), with a strong focus on ensuring complete and accurate documentation for new requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Integration: In-depth knowledge of FICO integration with SD and MM modules. Proficient in managing Credit Management, Revenue, and other related business processes.
