Financial Controller Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of our business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with expertise in SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) modules. You will lead and oversee the implementation and optimization of SAP FICO solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the end-to-end implementation of SAP FICO modules in SAP S/4HANA, including configuring and optimizing system functionalities.
  • Managing and overseeing SAP S/4HANA migration projects from legacy systems, ensuring accurate data conversion and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Analyzing existing financial and controlling processes and implementing improvements through SAP FICO solutions.
  • Overseeing the configuration of SAP FI and CO modules, ensuring system alignment with business requirements.
  • Ensuring the integrity of financial data during the migration process.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • SAP certification in SAP FICO is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in SAP FICO, with at least 4-5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations, upgrades, and implementations, particularly in the financial and controlling areas.
