Job Title: IT Infrastructure Solutions Specialist

Description: As an IT Infrastructure Solutions Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability and reliability of our organization's infrastructure. You will be responsible for resolving incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensuring operational stability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Problem Resolution: Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues affecting our infrastructure, collaborating with vendors and service management teams as needed.
  • Solutions Development: Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting.
  • Training and Development: Facilitate training sessions for junior team members to enhance their skills and contribute to the growth of our IT team.

Required Skills:

  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management, strong understanding of incident management processes, and experience with problem management and root cause analysis.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, facilitating communication among team members and stakeholders.
  • Leadership: Monitor and report on team performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement and lead by example in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum 15 years of full-time education or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management is required.
