Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Collateral Management Specialist to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in mitigating risks by overseeing currency, equity rates, and credit derivatives, as well as FX repo and commodity products traded globally.

The successful candidate will be responsible for uploading trades into the Collateral System, monitoring feeds from various source systems, reporting breaks to senior management regarding missing MTM or large swings in the MTM, and escalating issues to IT/BAC for timely resolution.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Uploading trades into the Collateral System
  • Monitoring of feeds from various source systems
  • Reporting breaks to senior management in terms of missing MTM or large swings in the MTM
  • Escalation to IT/BAC for timely resolution of discrepancies encountered
  • Security pricing to ensure correct collateral valuation
  • Performing reconciliation between various books of accounts
  • Agreement Static data setups in Collateral Systems based on executed ISDA/CSA documents
  • Data maintenance tasks
  • Adherence to TAT is of utmost importance
  • Handling of various projects initiated by Bank with progress charters

Primary Working Relationships include internal clients such as Margin Managers, Project Stakeholders, Valuations, and IT/BAC.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Team Player
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to understand working of Derivative Products related concepts
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills essential
  • Good with numbers and logical reasoning
  • Minimum 2 years of operations experience preferably in collateral management or Derivative Ops or Risk management or Security Operations
