Job Title: Derivative Reconciliation and Settlement Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Global Derivative Reconciliations team in the Product Support & Services group.

About the Role

This is an Advanced Specialist position responsible for providing transaction support and managing post-execution processes for derivatives products, including F&O, IRS, CDS, CDX, and TRS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex reconciliation processes and/or support significant process management/project efforts.
  • Lead in process improvement, project management or technology development and testing across multiple teams and/or divisions.
  • Analyze and expose ambiguous, complex issues or non-standard issues, identify risks, root causes and propose future actions, tracking through to resolution.
  • Build and manage relationships with business unit partners, other departments, and external contact points in Client or Market organizations.
Requirements
  • Comprehensive knowledge of derivative products, systems, markets and instruments that influence their team with a deep understanding of operational/compliance policies and procedures.
  • Ability to think commercially, understand the impact of initiatives on the organization.
  • Ability to address non-standard issues within area of expertise.
  • Culture carrier and role model, representing and leading the Firm's core values to influence and motivate those around you.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in financial services, with at least 2 years in a leading team.
  • Strong knowledge of portfolio reconciliation processes.
  • Proven experience with derivatives products and their reconciliation.
