We are seeking a skilled Strategic Time and Attendance Systems Manager to join our team at Amazon. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and excellent communication abilities.

About the Job

This position is responsible for managing programs across multiple technology platforms, focusing on Time and Attendance systems. The successful candidate will lead project teams, assign tasks, identify necessary resources, manage risks, and develop schedules to ensure timely project completion.

As a Strategic Time and Attendance Systems Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with a cross-functional team to define product requirements, design and deliver business solutions, and drive the implementation of products.

You will be responsible for collaborating with technical and design teams to create customer-centric products, communicating goals and outcomes to cross-functional teams, and supporting existing products with meaningful impact.

The ideal candidate will possess experience working directly with engineering teams, technical product or program management experience, software development experience, and experience managing programs across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define, design, and deliver business technical solutions based on various Time and Attendance systems and applications.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop product requirements.
  • Drive the implementation and delivery of products.
  • Capture detailed functional and test specifications.
  • Analyze cost/benefits and communicate results throughout the organization.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
  • 3+ years of software development experience.
  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
Bonus Points
  • Project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience.
  • Defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.

We offer a competitive salary range of $180,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. In addition to your salary, you will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
