Financial Planning and Analysis Manager Role

About the Position

This role involves working closely with our Finance team to provide strategic support. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving financial insights, supporting decision-making, and creating efficiencies through process optimizations.

The ideal candidate is a highly analytical professional with strong experience in financial planning and analysis, as well as business partnering.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes across departments.
  • Present accurate and timely financial reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership.
  • Support strategic initiatives including optimization and cost management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
  • Promote informed business decisions through data-driven presentations.
  • Contribute to long-term financial strategy development and business planning.
  • Participate in executive-level strategic planning discussions.
  • Design and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial modeling and reporting processes through automation initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Professional certification with 5-6 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, and business analysis.
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts and statements.
  • Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools.
  • Experience with financial modeling, scenario analysis, and forecasting.
