
IT Incident Manager

We are seeking an Incident Response Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for monitoring and detecting major IT incidents and events, facilitating and driving recovery through the mobilization of key resources, and establishing and maintaining communication with critical stakeholders.
- This role requires a strong understanding of incident management principles and practices, as well as excellent facilitation skills to navigate complex incidents and multiple teams.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in Major Incident Management and relevant technology experience in an incident management or Major Incident response role.
- They will also possess strong decision-making and influencing skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to handle high-stress situations effectively.
About You:
- You hold a 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
- You have Relevant Exp Min 4 years of Major Incident Management experience.
- You have Technology experience in an incident management or Major inc dent response role.
- You are a Strong facilitation skills that can navigate through complex incidents and multiple teams.
- You have Understanding of solving complex problems with information technology software and hardware.
- You have Effective time management skills; ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and ability to prioritize effectively.
- You can Handle and perform in high-stress, high stakes situations.
- You Have Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You Have Proven decision-making and influencing skills.
- You Have Broad knowledge of technology across application and infrastructure environment.
- Prior experience in Retail is good to have.
- You Are a Collaborative team player with Positive attitude.
- You Have Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and weekly time-off s.
- Candidates must have at least 4 years of experience in Major Incident Management.
