Our ability to provide these best-in-class solutions are due to our always developing work force.As part of this developing work force we are currently looking for an Incident Manager to join our team.What will you be doing ?As our new Incident Manager you will coordinate and drive customer network incidents and IT infrastructure incidents based on ITIL Incident Management framework in order to restore normal service operation as quickly as possible minimising the disruption to businesses.This will be done through :- Managing & Driving, Network & IT infrastructure escalated incidents.- Supporting Major / Multiple incident management.- Managing incident progress & resolution communications.- Establishing internal & external progress bulletins & Flash reports.- On call duty for out of hours incident management.- Service incident reporting.- Incident progress & reason for outage/root cause if available.- Suggest improvement action assignment & tracking.- Interface relationship management.What skills and experience are we looking for ?This role would be perfect for an ambitious IT expert looking to progress their career, with the following :- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.- Proactive attitude.- Ability to work within a pressured environment.- Able to manage and co-ordinate multiple activities.- Willingness to study towards ITIL certification.
