As part of this developing work force we are currently looking for an Incident Manager to join our team.
What will you be doing ?
As our new Incident Manager you will coordinate and drive customer network incidents and IT infrastructure incidents based on ITIL Incident Management framework in order to restore normal service operation as quickly as possible minimising the disruption to businesses.
This will be done through :
- Managing & Driving, Network & IT infrastructure escalated incidents.
- Supporting Major / Multiple incident management.
- Managing incident progress & resolution communications.
- Establishing internal & external progress bulletins & Flash reports.
- On call duty for out of hours incident management.
- Service incident reporting.
- Incident progress & reason for outage/root cause if available.
- Suggest improvement action assignment & tracking.
- Interface relationship management.
