We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Partnership Manager to join our team at WindoorTech Ltd. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing key customer prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Support key customers in optimizing their business processes.
  • Maintain business relationships and identify key accounts.
  • Measure results to improve and understand key accounts' needs.
  • Follow up with clients and maintain regular contact.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or relevant role in Business Management.
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi, Kannada, and other languages.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, and PPT.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Fast learner and passion for sales.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
