Chief Process Improvement Engineer

The primary objective of this position is to spearhead technology development and implementation, innovation, and efficiency improvements for solar cell manufacturing. Key responsibilities include process management, technical evaluation of raw materials and vendors, training and developing technical teams, and implementing quality control measures.
Main Responsibilities:
- Process management in a cluster environment
- Technical assessment of potential raw materials and vendors
- Training and development of technical teams
- Preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and control plans
- Rejection analysis and suggestion of improvement actions
- Continuous improvement in cell efficiency, yield, throughput, and cost reduction projects
- Ensuring compliance with external and internal auditing standards
- Control of non-conforming productions
- Characterization knowledge of solar cells for process improvement
- Experience in Six Sigma methodologies, quality control tools, and statistical software
- Good presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Necessary areas of experience: Wet Chemistry, Thermal/LDSE/LCO, or Metallization
- Solar cell characterization
- Quality control and assurance
