Title of the position - Supply Chain Excellence Engineer - Centre of Excellence

Location - Dholera, Gujarat

Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive individual to join our Supply Chain Centre of Excellence (CoE) team as a Supply Chain Excellence Engineer. This is an exciting opportunity for an aspiring professional to contribute to and learn from our strategic initiatives, best practices, and continuous improvement efforts across our supply chain and procurement functions for our state-of-the-art semiconductor fabrication plant greenfield project. You will support the team in supply chain process development and optimization efforts, assist in the implementation of new systems and workflows, and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain in this cutting-edge environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundational technical background, eagerness to learn, and a proactive attitude to support complex challenges and help deliver solutions that benefit the entire organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Process Support & Contribution: Assist in the detailed planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic initiatives within the Procurement CoE. Support the team in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, focusing on initiatives that elevate overall procurement capabilities across the organization, especially in the context of setting up a new, complex manufacturing facility.
• Process Analysis & Documentation: Support the analysis of existing procurement and supply chain processes to identify inefficiencies. Assist in the documentation of current best practices and contribute to the development of proposed improvements and new standards that enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency across relevant business units.
• System Implementation Assistance: Provide support for critical procurement technology implementations (e.g., SAP Ariba), assisting with data gathering, testing, user training materials, and issue resolution under guidance from senior team members.
• Cross-functional Collaboration Support: Collaborate with various internal business units (e.g., engineering, production, finance, IT) and external suppliers to gather requirements and facilitate knowledge transfer, ensuring effective communication and supporting the adoption of CoE-defined processes and systems.
• Problem Resolution Assistance: Assist in identifying, analysing, and resolving operational and technical issues within procurement and related supply chain processes. Support the development of solutions and frameworks to drive continuous improvement.
• Reporting & Communication Support: Assist in preparing and compiling data for reports, project updates, and presentations on process improvements and system adoptions for review by senior team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in one of the following disciplines:
• Electronics Engineering

• Or a closely related technical or management field

Desired Experience Level

• 0 ~ 5 years Progressive experience in electronics manufacturing, procurement, and/or supply chain functions.
• Fresh Graduates: Individuals with a strong academic record, relevant internships, and a demonstrated interest in supply chain, procurement, or electronics manufacturing are encouraged to apply.
