Job Title: SAP Solution Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of SAP Solution Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our team and contribute their expertise in SAP Solution Management.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage test phases and ensure all test artefacts are managed within the chosen test tool.
  • Provide guidance and direction on test activities to project management.
  • Ensure traceability from business requirements to executed test scenarios.
  • Management of testers and tracking of test progress.
  • Defect handling and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • SAP Solution Manager experience required.
  • Strong Test Management skills, including test planning and execution.
  • Proficiency in SAP Cloud ALM, SAP BTP, and Signavio Integration.
  • Jira experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Test Planning and Execution: Deep understanding of Release testing lifecycle, test cases creation and repository, testing enablement (test plan/package/testers assignment) and execution strategies.
  • Tool Expertise: Proficiency in SAP Solution Manager (SXP Test Suite), Worksoft Certify and Analytic tools like PowerBI, SAP Cloud ALM, SAP BTP, Signavio Integration.

Leadership and Communication:

  • Cross-functional collaboration: Working with central and regional test management teams, DevOps and release teams.
  • Status Report: Preparing and providing regular update on the test progress/status into actionable insights for stakeholders at different testing phases.
  • Escalation and Decision-Making: Knowing when and how to escalate issues/risk and make informed decision independently.
  • Presentation and Training: Present and provide Enablement and training to different stakeholders at different testing phases.

Problem Solving and Risk Management:

  • Defect Analysis: Manage and collaborate defects with DevOps throughout the release cycle.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify potential blockers and plan contingency together with stakeholders at different testing stages.
