Job Title: Senior Accounting Professional

This is a role for an experienced professional to lead the finance and accounting function in a fast-growing organization.

  • The Senior Accounting Professional will be responsible for overseeing the complete accounting function of the company, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

About the Role:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end accounting process (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Bank Reconciliation, etc.).
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books of accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, Income Tax, and other applicable laws.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and budgets for decision-making.
  • Manage relationships with auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management.
  • Establish and improve internal controls, accounting policies, and processes.
  • Provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making in collaboration with leadership.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting and finance team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in accounting and finance
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, statutory compliances, and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in accounting software, MS Excel, and financial systems
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
